**Essential Booking Information**

Awaiting delivery!! Our four brand new, purpose built “Family Bothy Pods" provide a perfect retreat for you to base yourselves in the heart of Sherwood Forest whilst walking, hiking, cycling, or to just sit, relax, and enjoy the views from your very own veranda. **WHAT'S INCLUDED/PROVIDED IN THE FAMILY BOTHY POD***

Our family pods have a separate bedroom furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed (with mattresses). The open plan living space also has a convertible seating/dining area that creates another comfortable double.

It's fully equipped with fireside armchairs, a fire log burner, fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster, plates, side plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cutlery, emergency night torch, and outdoor camping chairs. Please note that the display cushions, throws, bedding etc. are not provided.

There is also a beautiful large family sized solid wood dinning table with parasol out on your private veranda

**BRING YOUR OWN** 

You will need to bring your own BEDDING, pillows and soft furnishing (sleeping bags, snuggle blankets, cushions & throws etc), along with towels, tea towels and cleaning products, cooking utensils and provisions for your stay.  You may also bring a BBQ.

 **FACIILITIES** 

For toilets, showers, hairdryers, dishwashing, washing machines, tumble dryers, iron & board, and airing lockers, you can access our fantastic, shared facilities on the campsite, whilst the kids can enjoy the large play area, we even have a bike wash!  Our Reception shop offers a range of daily & camping essentials, fresh BBQ packs from our local quality butcher, soft drinks, ice-creams along with our delicious fresh Rijo coffee machine for that anytime pick you up perk. 

There is one dedicated parking space allocated per Pod.

Please note: Smoking or Vaping is NOT permitted inside the Pods.  BBQ's should not be used on the decking, but can be placed on the grass, raised above ground level during your stay. We do not permit wood burning on site; however, you may burn specialised fire-logs in the BBQ or log burner, which can be purchased in our shop. 

We have dedicated dog friendly Family Pods (max 2 pooches) - but availability is limited. We're sorry but we do not accept pets in any of the other Bothy Pods (with the exception of essential assistance dogs). 

IMPORTANT NOTE: a security and cleaning pre-authorisation deposit of £100 will be requested on arrival. This will be released within 5 hours of your departure as long as there is no damage or deep cleaning required. A member of the team will always contact your prior to making any charge whether partial or in full.
