Welcome to Sherwood Pines campsite, we wish you a enjoyable stay, please could you read the following at the beginning of your holiday, to familiarise yourselves with our site rules:

For the safety of all our visitors 

The main site gates are locked between the hours of 10.30pm and 07.30am.  We are sorry but we do not accept arrivals once the entry barrier is locked.

Please respect the site one way system and adhere to a strict 5mph speed limit.

To protect our beautiful forests, the burning of wood is strictly prohibited. Charcoal only BBQs are allowed, providing they are raised off the ground. BBQs must be extinguished by 10.00pm. 

Due to fire safety, you must pitch at least six metres away from another camping unit. 

If this rule is not adhered to you will be asked to re-pitch. 

(Please see diagrams on toilet blocks around the site, if you are unsure)

Emergencies

In an emergency staff can be contacted by the emergency number posted on the site office.

Courtesy to all 

To respect the enjoyment of others, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10:30pm. 

No music is allowed on site after 10.00pm. 

Please refrain from driving on site after 10:00pm. If you find you need to, 

please keep to the site speed limited is 5mph.

Visitors are welcome on site (charges do apply, please ask at reception). 

Any visitors will be required to depart the site by 9.30pm. 

Dogs 

Please keep dogs on leads at all times and please use the dog bins provided. 

If there is an incident on-site involving your dog, please note that you 

may be asked to leave the site immediately.

Extending your stay -

Should you wish to extend your stay, please contact reception.

Please note: The Site Manager reserves the right to exclude customers for breach of our terms and conditions as published on our website.
