• Make up to 3 free amendments to your booking until 12 noon, 72hrs prior to check in

• Cancel your booking before 12 noon, 3 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund minus the £25 fee
• Cancel your booking after 12 noon, 3 days prior to arrival, only the first night rate is retained along with the £25 fee

Cosy Bothy Pods – Simple, Comfortable, and Relaxed

Perfect for a peaceful break, our Cosy Pods sleep up to 3 guests, including children, and are suitable for a maximum of 3 adults.
What's included
Each pod features a single open-plan living space with, two twin beds (with mattresses) that can be joined to form a double, space to bring your own air bed for a third guest. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery and all cookware. Two fireside armchairs with snuggle throws, a log burner with fire guard. Plug sockets with USB charging ports. Outside, enjoy your own private veranda with a solid wood love seat, side table, and parasol—ideal for relaxing in the fresh forest air.

Geodome - a family escape

Our spacious Geodome comfortably sleeps up to 6 people (including children) and is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults—perfect for families looking for a unique in the forest.
Inside, you’ll find, a real double bed, bunk beds (ideal for children), and a double sofa bed.
A kitchenette area with, fridge, kettle, toaster, electric hob, basic utensils, crockery, and cutlery. A Sink with running water, and a washing-up bowl.
Added comforts include electric heater, side lamps, electric points wardrobe, coat rack, and boot tray dining table and chairs and camper chairs for relaxing on the decking area.
Outside, enjoy views of the surrounding nature or watch the kids enjoy our fantastic children’s play area.

What to Bring for Your Glamping Stay
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, please remember to bring the following essentials:
- Bedding: Including pillows, sleeping bags or throws
- Towels and toiletries
- Cleaning products
- Food and provisions for your stay
- You're welcome to bring a charcoal or gas BBQ for outdoor cooking.
Please note: the site gets very dark at night, so don’t forget to pack a torch!
Parking Information
Each unit includes one dedicated parking space.
An additional vehicle can be pre-booked for £5 per day (maximum of one extra vehicle per booking).
Dog-Friendly Pods
We offer a limited number of dog-friendly Family Pods (maximum 2 dogs per unit).
If you're travelling with your pooch and can't find availability, please call us directly at 01623 572 337.
Essential assistance dogs are always welcome.
Fire safety
Please note: smoking or vaping is NOT permitted inside the pods or geodome.
You may bring your own charcoal or gas BBQ which should not be used on the decking, but can be placed on the grass, raised above ground level during your stay. Please do not bring additional electrical cooking appliances.
We do not permit campfires, fire pits or wood burning on site; The log burner uses specialised fire-logs of which extra can be purchased in our shop.

Important information
Arrival & Departure Information – Glamping Accommodation
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and we kindly ask that all guests vacate by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early Arrival / Late Departure
During quieter times, early check-in (from 10:00 AM) or late checkout (until 4:00 PM) may be available, subject to availability and a £15 fee. To arrange this, please contact the campsite directly on 01623 572 337, either the day before or the morning of your arrival.
Security & Cleaning Deposit
A £100 deferred pre-authorisation will be taken upon arrival to cover potential damage, loss, or the need for deep cleaning. This is not a charge - it will be released after your unit has been cleaned and checked, provided everything is in order.
Deferred holding deposit - unlike some traditional banks, digital banks such as Monzo may be less flexible with manually reversing holds after our release date. If you have issues please contact us and we can provide the necessary details to have this reversed.
A member of our team will always contact you before any charges are applied, whether in part or in full.

Excellent On-Site Facilities
Our campsite offers modern well maintained shared facilities including accessible family bathrooms, toilets, showers, hairdryers, dishwashing areas, washing machines, tumble dryers, irons, and airing lockers.
Outdoor Fun & Adventure
Enjoy direct access to cycling, walking, and hiking trails, plus a large children's play area. We even have a bike wash station to clean off all that mud after your ride.
Make use of the complimentary dog wash to clean their paws down after that woodland walk.
Convenience at Your Fingertips
The reception shop is well stocked with daily and camping essentials, basic food ranges, fresh milk, eggs, butter and bread, as well as BBQ & bacon packs from our local butcher, soft drinks, ice creams, fresh Rijo coffee station with a fabulous range of cakes, muffins and flapjacks, and a selection of popular wines and beers.
We also have two cash or card vending machines located on-site in the pot wash area, stocked with sweet treats, crisps, snacks, and a variety of hot and cold beverages, even soup to keep you fueled 24 hours a day.

If you haven't already, we recommend you visit and download our digital guest guide to the campsite, with directions and lots of important information whilst on site. Once you have opened the below link on your mobile device you will get a prompt to add a shortcut, then "Add to Home Screen".
