Cosy Bothy Pods
Our cosy pods are designed for two people, perfect for a peaceful break.

- Single open-plan living space, with space to bring your own air bed for a third guest.
- Twin beds that form a double.
- A small kitchenette: sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, basic crockery and cutlery

Family Geodome
Our spacious Geodome comfortably sleeps up to 6 people (including children) and is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults—perfect for families looking for a unique in the forest.

Flexible glamping
Sometimes life events can mean that you are unable to take your break as intended. Adding our flexible holiday package means you can make multiple amends to your booking without charge.
- Make up to 3 free amendments to your booking until 12 noon, 72hrs prior to check in
- Free transfer of booking dates
- Transfer your booking to Sherwood Pines free of charge
- Cancel your booking before 12 noon, 3 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund minus the £25 fee
- Cancel your booking after 12 noon, 3 days prior to arrival, only the first night rate is retained along with the £25 fee
*If you choose not to select this package, please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place.
Flexible glamping
Parking Information
Each unit includes one dedicated parking space.
An additional vehicle can be pre-booked for £7.50 per day (maximum of one extra vehicle per booking).
Arrival & Departure Information – Glamping Accommodation
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and we kindly ask that all guests vacate by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early Arrival / Late Departure
During quieter times, early check-in (from 10:00 AM) or late checkout (until 4:00 PM) may be available, subject to availability and a £15 fee. To arrange this, please contact the campsite directly on 01623 572 337 ,either the day before or the morning of your arrival.
Essential booking information
Security & Cleaning Deposit
A £100 deferred pre-authorisation will be taken upon arrival to cover potential damage, loss, or the need for deep cleaning. This is not a charge - it will be released after your unit has been cleaned and checked, provided everything is in order.
Pet Cleaning
Whilst we always hyper-allergenically deep clean after departure, specifically, when your pets have holidayed, we would politely request you endeavor to leave the unit as clean, undamaged and debris free as on arrival.
Deferred holding deposit - Digital banks like Monzo may be less flexible in reversing holds after our release date. If needed, contact us and we’ll provide details to help resolve it. A member of our team will always contact you before any charges are applied, whether in part or in full.

Fire safety
Please note: smoking or vaping is NOT permitted inside any of the glamping units. If you bring your own charcoal or gas BBQ it should not be used on the decking, but can be placed on the grass, raised above ground level during your stay, and extinguished by 10pm.
Additional cooking appliances such as air fryers are not permitted.
We do not permit campfires, fire pits or wood burning on site. Specialised fire-logs which do not emit embers may be purchased in our shop.

If you haven't already, we recommend you visit and download our digital guest guide to the campsite, with directions and lots of important information whilst on site.
Once you have opened the below link on your mobile device you will get a prompt to add a shortcut, then "Add to Home Screen".
