School, DofE & group bookings

Sorry, group bookings are not available to book online, so please download and return the the form below, or send in your request directly to the campsite using this request function and a short message, attaching your guest list if you have one.

Sherwood Pines campsite has 160 pitches. A fabulous mix of hardstanding with electric, fully serviced, grass with electric and grass only, as well as a range of beautiful glamping options with our purpose built bothy pods and geodome, with access directly from site to all the amazing trails of Sherwood Forest, and just a 10 minute walk to Sherwood Pines Visitor centre and Go Ape. A perfect base for schools, educational, or friends & family groups to base themselves whilst enjoying the great outdoors.

For DofE and school groups we do not require a youth guest list, use the DofE and Schools booking form. We can only offer a maximum of 10 pitches and subject to availability.

For private friends & family groups and rallies, we do require a full guest list, use the Group Booking Form, and acceptance of our exception terms and conditions. We cannot guarantee you will be pitched together, but where possible will do our best.
